Using the C2W Inventory SmartScan App
The C2W SmartScan app makes it easy to manage inventory directly from your mobile device. You can download the app, log in, and handle items, sales orders, purchase orders, and stock transfers on the go. Prefer to watch? How to Use the C2W Inventory SmartScan App: Quick Guide
Step 1: Download the App
- From the desktop version of C2W Inventory, go to Settings > SmartScan App Download.
- Scan the QR code with your smartphone camera, or use the provided URL.
- From the desktop version of C2W Inventory, go to Settings > SmartScan App Download.
- Scan the QR code with your smartphone camera, or use the provided URL.
- Tap the link and select Download.
- When prompted, tap Install.
- Once installation is complete, open the app and log in with your C2W Inventory account.
Step 2: Explore App Features
Once you log in, you’ll see five main options:
1. Manage Item
- View product details
- Add initial inventory
- Edit barcode, dimensions, and weight
2. Open SO Picking List
- See all active sales orders
- Select an order and pick items directly in the app
3. Open PO Receiving List
- See all active purchase orders
- Select a purchase order and mark items as received
4. Current Stock
- Search items by name or location
- Adjust item quantities
- Transfer stock between locations
5. Stock Transfer
- Move inventory from one location to another
- Select From and To locations
- Confirm the transfer
