How to Adjust Inventory in C2W Inventory
Use Stock Adjustment to correct the quantity of an item at a specific location. C2W Inventory shows the current quantity, your new quantity, and the difference before you save the adjustment.
Create a Stock Adjustment
Note
Whole Location is used when performing a stock count for an entire location. See How to Perform a Stock Count by Location for that workflow.
Add Items and Enter New Quantities
Repeat these steps if you need to adjust additional items.
Review Quantity Differences
After adding an item, the grid displays:
- ItemNo – Item being adjusted
- Location – Inventory location
- OldQty – Current quantity recorded in C2W Inventory
- NewQty – New quantity you entered
- Difference – Difference between the old and new quantities
Click Only Have Difference to display only items with a quantity discrepancy. This makes it easier to review and verify the items that will actually be adjusted instead of checking every item individually.
Tip
If you need to remove an item from the adjustment, select it in the grid and click Delete Item.
Add Remarks
Enter any additional information about the adjustment in the Remarks field if needed. For example, you can use Remarks to record the reason for the adjustment or other information you may want to reference later.
Save the Adjustment
Once you have reviewed and confirmed the quantities:
C2W Inventory will adjust the inventory quantities according to the NewQty entered.
