The Manage Purchase Order screen allows users to search, edit, track, and manage all Purchase Orders within C2W Inventory.
From one centralized screen, users can review Purchase Order details, track receiving progress, manage payment status, and access receiving records.
Important
Always click Save after making changes to a Purchase Order.
Managing Purchase Orders
Search Purchase Orders
Users can quickly locate Purchase Orders using the search filters.
- PO Number
- Vendor
- Status
- Date Range
- Payment Status
Purchase Order Status
C2W Inventory tracks two different status types for Purchase Orders:
1. Inventory Status
Inventory Status reflects the receiving progress of the Purchase Order.
- Unfulfilled – Nothing has been received yet
- Started – Some items have been received, but the Purchase Order is not fully completed
- Fulfilled – All items have been fully received
2. Payment Status
Payment Status reflects the vendor payment progress for the Purchase Order.
- Unpaid
- Paid
Receive Purchase Orders
Users can navigate directly to the PO Receiving screen from the selected Purchase Order.
Users can also click Manage Receive to review all receiving records related to the selected Purchase Order.
Mark Purchase Orders as Paid
If the vendor payment has been completed, users can mark the Purchase Order as paid.
For already paid Purchase Orders, users can click Mark Unpaid to reverse the payment activity if necessary.
View Payment Records
Users can click the Paid hyperlink to navigate directly to the payment record screen.
