How to Batch Print Item Barcode Labels from Excel

C2W Inventory lets you copy a list of items and quantities directly from Excel into the Item Label screen, making it easy to print barcode labels for multiple items at once.

Note

C2W Inventory supports both 1D barcodes and QR codes for item labels.

Before You Start

Prepare your Excel sheet with the ItemNo and Quantity you want to print.

Important

The ItemNo in your Excel sheet must match the ItemNo already entered in C2W Inventory so the system can identify the correct item.

Batch Copy Items from Excel

01
From the Main Menu, navigate to Inventory > Item Label.
02
Turn on Batch Print.
03
In Excel, select and copy the ItemNo and Quantity for the items you want to print.
04
Click Batch Copy Items on the Item Label screen.
05
Paste the copied information into C2W Inventory.
06
Review the items and quantities in the batch print list.
Tip

If you need to remove an item from the list, select it and click Delete Selected Item.

Batch Print the Labels

Once the items and quantities are loaded:

01
Review your label settings and select the correct Printer.
02
Confirm the items and quantities in the batch print list.
03
Click Batch Print.

C2W Inventory will print the item barcode labels based on the quantities entered from your Excel sheet.
