How to Manage Payment Terms in C2W Inventory

Payment Terms define the agreed payment timeframe for an order or transaction. They can be used to specify when payment is due, such as Net 15, Net 30, or Net 120.

Open Manage Payment Terms

01
Navigate to Settings.
02
Go to Manage Payment Terms.

The Manage Payment Terms screen displays your existing payment terms and provides options to add, batch import, export, or delete payment terms.

Add a Payment Term

To create a new payment term:

01
Enter the payment term in the Payment Terms field.
02
Click Add.

The payment term is immediately saved and added to the list. For example, you may create terms such as Net 15, Net 30, or Net 60 based on your business needs.

View and Filter Payment Terms

Existing payment terms are displayed in the Manage Payment Terms list. The list includes:

  • PaymentTerms – The payment term.
  • CreatedOn – The date and time the payment term was created.

Use the filter icons in the column headers to quickly find or filter payment terms in the list. The total number of payment terms is displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Export Payment Terms

Click Export to export the existing payment terms list. This is useful when you need to review your payment terms outside of C2W Inventory or keep a copy of your current list.

Delete a Payment Term

To remove a payment term:

01
Select the payment term from the list.
02
Click Delete Selected.

Important

Before deleting a payment term, make sure it is no longer needed.

Batch Import Payment Terms

Need to add multiple payment terms at once? Use Batch Import to import a list instead of adding each payment term individually. See How to Batch Import Payment Terms for complete instructions.
